As thunderstorms rolled through Massachusetts on Saturday, causing flooding, damage, and power outages, one witness caught the terrifying moment lightning struck a boat.
Passerby Harry Minucci was at the Columbia Yacht Club in South Boston when he recorded a bolt of lightning hitting a boat docked at the club.

The owner of the boat wasn’t on the boat, and no injuries were reported, according to CNN.
There was heavy rainfall and flooding in the Boston area, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). the thunderstorms ended at around 9:45 p.m.

The video of the lightning strike was retweeted by the NWS, which said it was a “great example of why we say ‘When Thunder Roars, Go Indoors!'”
