Suburbia turns into a nightmare for a young couple in the eerie movie Vivarium.
Starring Jesse Eisenberg and Imogen Poots, Vivarium is set in the present day and follows a young woman and her boyfriend who both are ready to move into their first home. After meeting with a real estate agent, they become trapped in a picture-perfect development…which winds like a labyrinth.
With no way out, they’re forced to live in their tiny house and realize that it’s stacked with everything they need…furniture, clothes, and takeout food.
But, this neighborhood is not what it seems: No one else lives there, the clouds stretch for miles, and a baby (yes, a baby), randomly shows up in a box.
Home sweet home? More like home sweet nightmare…
Vivarium is coming to theaters this year.
