Natasha Romanova has some “unfinished business” to take care of in a new Black Widow clip.
Marvel Studios released new footage of the film on Monday night and it shares a little more of Black Widow’s story and why she’s working with her “family” to set things straight.
“Natasha, my sister, after all this time, what brings you home?” Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) asks Romanova (Scarlett Johansson) when she suddenly shows up at her residence.
“I’m on the run. I was trying to do something good…you’re more than just a trained killer,” she replies, while stocking up on weapons.
“You’re fooling yourself,” says Belova. “We are both still trained killers.”
Turns out Black Widow has a new mission to tackle, which may involve her clan (Belova, Alexei Shostakov [David Harbour], and Melina Vostokoff [Rachel Weisz]).
There’s a new batch of Widows out there and more chaos, as Romanova vows to stop running from her past and protect those close to her.
Black Widow hits theaters on May 1.
