Watch: ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Actor Goes Sledding With Cap’s Shield

"Bumpy!" (via Lexi Rabe/Instagram)

Movie stars are known to have a bit of fun at their colleagues’ expense.

Knives Out and No Time to Die leading lady (and one can only assume besties with Daniel Craig) Ana de Armas, for instance, recently posted an Instagram photo of her on a private jet, beside a giant cushion featuring co-stars Chris Evans and Daniel Craig as a bride and groom, respectively.

“Honeymoon planning is a full-time job,” she wrote in the caption.

The image, shared on Nov. 17, has nearly 184,000 likes.

de Armas isn’t the only one lampooning her own oeuvre, though.

Young actress Lexi Rabe—a.k.a. Morgan Stark in Avengers: Endgame—blatantly disobeyed her fictional father (Iron Man, of all people) and took Captain America’s shield sledding.

In an all-too-adorable video clip, Rabe can be seen rocketing down a snowy hill, bumping to a stop, then shushing the audience before revealing the disc’s iconic emblem.

“#DontTellMyDad #UncleCapsShield” the caption said, teasing a throwaway line from the superhero sequel.

Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), attempting to return Captain America’s vibranium safety blanket, tells Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) that it was made for him.

“Besides, honestly, I’ve got to get it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding,” he adds.

Too late.

Rabe posed for photos with the prop—an apparent gift from retailer ThinkGeek—warning dear old Dad that she’s “never giving this back.”

“Sorry, Uncle Cap, but it’s just [too] much fun,” Rabe wrote. “If you want it back [you’re] going to have to catch me first!!”

Really, she should be apologizing to Sam Wilson: The Falcon became the new keeper of Cap’s shield in the Endgame finale.

We’re still waiting for Anthony Mackie to let us know he’s in on the joke.
