Car chases, phantom operatives, and a lot of dynamite are part of director Michael Bay’s new action film 6 Underground.
The movie, which is coming to Netflix during the holiday season, teases an “old-school Bay” adventure. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, who leads a team of vigilantes and takes out baddies across the world. As the group travels to luxurious global destinations, they enjoy the freedom of being “dead” to society and stopping criminals in the process.
“My crew would call it ‘the old-school Bay,’” Bay told Entertainment Weekly in an interview. “It’s like the movies I did way back when where it’s got real action, it’s tough, it’s funny, it’s got an interesting style to the movie.”
Apparently @netflix now has a ‘digital’ arm, so you don’t have to rewind at the end. Anyway, here’s the ‘digital’ trailer for #6Underground A.K.A. “How Michael Bay Stopped Worrying and Love Explosions More.” #digital pic.twitter.com/UcuDYCqpyJ
