Retirement is a joke for James Bond: The suave spy gets back to work and fights a high-tech villain in the new 007 film No Time to Die.
After dropping a short teaser earlier this week, No Time to Die debuted its first trailer today and it teases another thrilling, 007-themed mission. James Bond (Daniel Craig) is enjoying a peaceful life in Jamaica, but that’s about to end: An old buddy asks him for help and soon enough, the agent is chasing after a new enemy who has advanced weapons.
A global arms race is accelerating and it seems like everyone has moved on from James Bond. Despite having to work with a new generation of spies, James Bond is ready to jump in. Except, there’s a “secret” in the air, and it may involve a back-stabbing old flame.
Along the way, James Bond realizes that his new villain (Rami Malek) isn’t up to old tricks. There’s a new way to play the game, and James Bond needs to adapt fast or everyone’s lives will be in danger.
No Time to Die, which also stars Léa Seydoux and Ralph Fiennes, is coming to theaters April 2.
